People Talk Shit

There are a variety of reasons why people may talk negatively about someone they don't know. Sometimes it can be a way for people to feel better about themselves or to fit in with a certain group. Other times, people may simply enjoy gossiping or spreading rumors. It's important to remember that speaking negatively about others can be hurtful and can have negative consequences, both for the person being talked about and for the person doing the talking.

Stay Away From Negative People

There’s a difference between talking shit about a person and talking truth about a shitty person. Never be afraid to let a shitty person know the truth about their persona. You may

be doing that person a favor by confronting them.

Mainly because the people with all the negativity are lacking something you have that they need in your life.

Notice how majority say it behind your back, perhaps to you directly but in front of others. Rarely does one have the gusto to say it directly to your face.

Don't waste time on them. They want you to get upset, they feed off of that negativity. What you do is laugh at them. They say something smart, laugh. If they want to call names and point, laugh. Three fingers pointed at them out-weighs the one pointed at you. Laughing at them infuriates them because they are not getting the reaction they want.

You focus on you. That means jobs, careers, everything that keeps you in the mix of everything. Exercise your mind, your body, do something that makes you happy. Maybe they will see what you are doing and inspire them to be better.
