When we think of Jesus, we think of love. And how love, and his sacrifice that he made from obedience of the father’s love for us. The best way he showed it through his life was his humility. A type of humility, that a person can really only understand when compared to Gods pure righteousness. Not talking about human self-abasement or niceness. Which at best produces self-righteousness. Which is nothing but disgusting pride in the eyes of God. And doesn’t last. True humbleness, and meekness comes only from God himself installing that within you. With realizing there’s nothing good in man in the eyes of God, apart from him being recognized as all was good as creator of man in the beginning, God said it was good. and loves you dearly. God does not have to prove himself. Man threw that opportunity away for a lie. Jesus came to restore that. Jesus went as many of extra miles as you can get, God, becoming a man to show his love and way, the humility lessons were for us keys to break the selfishness that brought man into sin. That separated him from sincere relationship. walking hand-in-hand in His image. “God inspired humility” can be painful in this world. Ask Jesus? and he was innocent. If there’s any pride worth anything, it’s more of an “awe” of our God in heaven. He alone deserves that. Pride is not useful for much else. I came to a place in my life when it seemed Like I knew what was going on. Not as much as I thought. Even knew much about Jesus. when I was young. I believed As I still do, he is good. Believed and was saved. He was just a little out of my reach, to really understand What he wanted for me? My fault. Still too much self to prove and deception to deal with.
God wants us to be humble “not humiliated “but shine” For his glory. He says if you are faithful with the love I give you in the littlest of way. Even at a place in your life where you have to admit that the truth is that I don’t have anything to offer you God? and still you want me? that type of humility is something to hang onto. I was very humbled. God says I will exult the humble. And Gods word is true. Be careful, it is God wants us to be humble “not humiliated “but shine for his glory. Be careful, easy to get distracted by the exult thing... what God wanted to exult in you is surely, not anything to tempt, or raise your flesh up. You might be tested, to grow but he won’t give you any more than you can handle with your restored right to choose and desire righteousness.

First, because he’s evil and his pride wants to be God. Second, of course keep your eyes on Jesus. I don’t think Jesus could’ve done more to show his love that we could understand more than his laying down of his rightful power and authority into the humility of mankind and be so abused even unto death, and even more so to take the sin upon himself. More than we can imagine... So many gifts that God gives his people are spoiled, because they’re not brought through that forgotten “nothingness” that we were without him. Pride snakes in.
